I have what I thought was an oral interview with Henderson, but after reading closely, it sounds more like an oral exam. Anyone have any insight?
"You should plan on being at the Oral Board Exam for approximately 2 hours. You will be seen by 3 panels; Personal Development, Customer Service and Medical Knowledge. If you move forward to Selection Interviews, you may be seen on the same day."
Anyone experienced something like this? Is there anything I can do to study for personal development and customer service?

In "customer service", they may give you a crappy, no win, customer service scenario to see if the they can rattle your cage. That's just a guess though.
