Emergency seasons 1-6 are now available at many larger video stores.

Best firefighting show ever is 'Chicago Fire'

But seriously, Chicago Fire is an addicting show. Say what you want about how unrealistic it is, but dammit the show is fun to watch!

Emergency! is also broadcast weekday afternoons at 4:00 CST on MeTV if your cable/satellite company carries it.

"Season 7" is also available on DVD, but it's actually a set of six TV movies broadcast after the series was canceled. IIRC, the DVD set is titled, "The Final Rescues". There's not a whole lot of Johnny and Roy in the shows except in the "Greatest Rescues" flashback episode. None of the other firefighters of Station 51 are in the episodes, and Rampart cast members are minimally involved.
