Pump Governor Powerpoint

After doing a search I was unable to find a powerpoint illustrating the operational theory behind pump governors. Rather than reinventing the wheel, does anyone have have one?

In the end, almost all governors are basically the same. The act like cruise control, except instead of controlling speed, the control pump discharge pressure or engine speed.

My problem is that I am introducing this for the first time to a bunch of guys who pump 1-2 times per year, and whom have known manual throttles for forever. The guys don't even mess with the relief valve for simplicity. I just needed something that covered all aspects.
