Maybe the department helmet regulations were too buyist to white helmets.

I'd have to agree, either that or he finished academy. My department issues the Paul Conway Classic, but you only get your black traditional once you graduate academy. Until then you're issued one of the older yellow salad bowls that used to be issued. Originally Posted by Rescue101
