Ohio State Fire Marshall Equipment Grant

Just received a notice that we was kicked out of the grant because we are a private fire company. Something about private fire department are not allowed to apply, new law? I thiught fire didn't care who put it out

Looks like I'm going to raise some hell to see if I can get this changed.

Our dept got kicked from it also for the same reason. im shore theres more dept out there that got kicked. The real Question is why change the rules now this govrment that is in office is not make frends anywhere. It looks like us dept that work hard to try not to be picked up by out twp or countys are going to be pushing into becomeing twp or county to get the handout.
