ARFF and Driver/ Operator are my problem with getting. No one really offers it in the Philly area. Also my volunteer department wont send me to ARFF because we dont do it. I need companies that will take me with out those 2 certs.

Sc arff
South Carolina isn't that bad. Price wise it is cheaper then Texas A&M (www.teex.org) or Salt Lake (angelfire.com/ut/arff) and they give you housing and breakfast and lunch for the days that you stay at the fire academy. Stuff in Saudi Arabia will hire you without ARFF but for the most part you are completing against people that have ARFF but may/may not have the experience.
www.DODFire.com has some links in the job section.
