Default Who has heard of them US Fluoescent?

There might be a huge fire hazard out there for some of you Brother's. I am still trying to get to the bottom of it. Thanks for your help.

Reported to the WT. Others should do the same.

    Yes it is a company.

Are you giving them support and endorsing them??

Are you adverting for this company by your post?

Additionally, I might point out that you spelled the word wrong in the thread title, but thats besides the point. Getting back to your original post, you give absolutely ZERO helpful information. Is this a lightbulb? A lamp? A flashlight? A mechanic's drop light? What are you talking about????

Perhaps you might have worded it "Gentlemen, I am having trouble with a product manufactured by US Flourescent; it is a 75W lightbulb, and the UL Number 75387. Has anyone else heard of this particular product having issues with overheating and creating a fire hazard?"

I might suggest in addition to posting more information next time, that thicker skin may be of benefit to you, especially at the firehouse kitchen table.

    Have a pleasant day!

Capt. NO not at all I am very careful and cautious about giving a company a bad name before having the evidence. Which, is why I posted the thread in order to find out more information that is out there. I have done web searches on the company and contacted the UL. So far nobody seems to know anything about this company..My concern is that it might be a defective electrical product. Which is my only reason for this post.

A little more information on what type of product would be quite helpful.

Then maybe we can help you out.

If there's a product recall or other warning out, just link to it.

After re-reading all 15 posts here, I am still thoroughly confused. Actually feel more stupid now. God have mercy on your soul.

I'm with brother Lyman...the responses to the OP are more entertaining than the OP's topic itself.

I am greatful for all the information that you took the time to share. Your vast knowledge was very beneficial. I did finally get to the bottom of it and it is rather interesting. Have a good day.
