In our corporate building we have 3 floors.

How should be inspect the fire hose reels periodically. Are there any check points? Should open the water valve to confirm water flow?

As tenant/owner of the building would do a monthly visual only of the hose and valves.

A licensed fire sprinkler company should be doing an annual inspection of the hose and system

It looks like the valves have to be turned annualy

it looks like water has to be flowed every five years

Once again should be done by a fire sprinkler company and they should also know the freqency of inspections.
