Get yourself a current copy of OKU IFSTA ESSENTIALS OF FIREFIGHTING. Begin at the first page and read it through and then re-read it again. Learn the terms and technology and try doing some of the practical work, such as., tie some knots, raise your old 20 foot paint extension ladder. Learn how to use an axe, chop on an old stump.
Practice what you can.Stay Safe and Well Out There....
