I thought it was supposed to be two weeks...
so it's even longer...
Waiting is the hardest part.
One more week for the results!! Anyone else taking the Garland or the Plano tests in the mean time?
The paper says on or around the 26th. So it could be any time that week.
I'm so ready for these results!
The results are posted fellas.
Well I could have done better, but I am still top ten % so it's all good!
I did the best I could without bonus points. I got a 100 on the test and made stanine 1. How did everyone else do? Did you do well schmidt?
Yeah I guess i misunderstood the Stanine score, still not sure i understand. as defined in the link below a 1 would be bad? Either way, I am still ok with where I sit, it just looks like i was confused about the stanine, lol.
lol. I dont completey understand the stanine score, but I am pretty sure that is going to be the first group that goes on to the next round. well for sure the higher the stanine the better off you should be!
Well either way, cogratulations sir!
Thanks! Hopefully some other guys did well on here too :)
100 here as well! no bonus either :D
I got the residency bonus so 101 here. Congrats to everyone. Last year 2 classes worth of people went out to 500 I believe.
Also, they have to completely exhaust Stanine 1 before proceeding to Stanine 2. That means interview and everything.
PAT, background, poly are still pass/fail, IIRC. Before the interview was P/F but now it's scored. Based on the interview scores, you can change positions on the list.
Basically if you're in Stanine 1 you will be processed before the list expires (which is 18 months). That said, start working out - hard! Work on your interview skills. Get your personal history (transcripts, job history, traffic violations) gathered up. Rumor I heard was interviews probably around January 2012.
Thanks for the stanine explanation. How does that work with Fort Worth being civil service?
