The paper says on or around the 26th. So it could be any time that week.

Well I could have done better, but I am still top ten % so it's all good!
Isaiah 43:1-2
1 But now, this is what the LORD says—
he who created you, Jacob,
he who formed you, Israel:
“Do not fear, for I have redeemed you;
I have summoned you by name; you are mine.
2 When you pass through the waters,
I will be with you;
and when you pass through the rivers,
they will not sweep over you.
When you walk through the fire,
you will not be burned;
the flames will not set you ablaze.

Yeah I guess i misunderstood the Stanine score, still not sure i understand. as defined in the link below a 1 would be bad? Either way, I am still ok with where I sit, it just looks like i was confused about the stanine, lol.

They are doing y'alls process different from ours. All the stanine from my understanding is that everyone that has a 1 whether you made 106 or 98 y'all are all ranked the same right now, but you will be able to jump people in rank. For instance, if the last guy does better than the first guy on the physical agility test he may be ranked higher than him and that will carry on through out the process.

If they decide to pull the first 200 (all in Stanine 1) and 201-206 are also in Stanine 1, then they have to grab 201-205 too.
Also, they have to completely exhaust Stanine 1 before proceeding to Stanine 2. That means interview and everything.
PAT, background, poly are still pass/fail, IIRC. Before the interview was P/F but now it's scored. Based on the interview scores, you can change positions on the list.
Basically if you're in Stanine 1 you will be processed before the list expires (which is 18 months). That said, start working out - hard! Work on your interview skills. Get your personal history (transcripts, job history, traffic violations) gathered up. Rumor I heard was interviews probably around January 2012.

Thanks for the stanine explanation. How does that work with Fort Worth being civil service?
