close out?

Here we are talking about the opening of 2011 and we've not had the opportunity to close out our 2009 grants. I was funded round one and was suppose to close it out by 21 Jan. Hello.... it's the middle of June! It's going to be hard to write up a narrative when the equipment will be obsolete soon! Just kidding...... Any ideas?

I am in same boat talked to region rep and she stated not to worry about it until it shows up in application drop down. I just hope they get the word to the computer that will be scoring my 2011 application.

According to our regional AFG rep , the closeout module probably won't be available until late simmer .
