does anyone know if the forest service or blm wildland groups have policies agense tattoos or are they alright with you having them? or any wildland group for the most part?

I think that in this day and age, if people are willing to put their lives on the line, and they can have the qualifications to do the work, alot of agencies are willing to overlook this. Uniforms will cover most tattoos.
Further, I have seen many wildland firefighters on the line that have tats up to their necks, on the back of their heads, on their hands, places that aren't always covered by PPE. Apparently someone is willing to give them a job.
