Default DRCOG Test results June 2011 - North Metro Fire

Did anyone else take the DRCOG test? I scored a 96 and have an interview coming up with North Metro. Has anyone else been processed by them or any other departments?

The information I've received states the next step is a "written exercise" and an "oral board exercise". I'm wondering if anyone can elaborate a little bit on what exactly that means?

I'm currently a full-time career firefighter and an out-of-state applicant looking to get out of the midwest!

    Nick,

I'll be taking the DRCOG for the first time this spring, I'm out of state as well, what is that test like? Do you know who the publisher is? Just looking to get my hands on a study guide.

I'd like to bump this as well. From what I have seen and understand, it seems to be a general aptitude test. Is this correct or is there more to it? I figured there'd be some fire I and II questions etc.

It's been a while since I took it but it's more general than what you think FF8116. I don't remember any fire related questions. Mostly general math, reading comp, mechanical, human relations, etc. I think the publisher is CWH, but maybe someone that took it more recently can chime in.

    Take care
