I am a county public health nurse in MA. My predecessor started an onsite bladder cancer screening program for the fifteen town's fire departments that encompass the county. It is recommended to do the screening every two years, which is this year. I would like to continue this program because I know how important early intervention is. I am looking for grant money to offset the cost of the NMP22 BladderChek test for the departments in these lean economic times. If anybody knows of any grants addressing this matter please contact me at darvidson@barnstablecounty.org. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide. Deirdre Arvidson RN, BSN
