Burn trailer.. are you talking about a conex box or an actual trailer?
How big is the trailer?
Can you build walls made of sheetrock to comparmentalize it?"The education of a firefighter and the continued education of a firefighter is what makes "real" firefighters. Continuous skill development is the core of progressive firefighting. We learn by doing and doing it again and again, both on the training ground and the fireground."

Can you simply reconfigure it? Maybe take out a wall or two and put in movable walls?
Can you put together some sacrificial sheetrock walls for breaching/overhaul practice? Don't forget to put in "wiring".
There was another thread here not long ago about training props and obstacle courses - you might find some ideas there.Opinions my own. Standard disclaimers apply.
