    I was there today and had to do both the assessment and then PT session, since I could not make the assessment session first time around. So assessment, and then right into the workout. Not gonna lie, is was very tough. All I can say is go to both sessions, cause they will not allow you to only do the PT day.

    Wake up call for sure. For everybody. I'll say that much. Kicked my *** in a way that it probably never has been before. Put down the heavy weights guys...

    There is a video out now that shows similar style workout they do at the academy, two links where the probie manual is for those that can't make the assessments. Still doesn't count for the instructors that will get in our faces eventually though

    Second this. I learned today that my whole training regimen was wrong. I passed the CPAT in the high 7s, completed and passed all the assessments and currently am a fairly decent runner. I'm not breaking any records but well ahead of the requirements. Today kicked my *** and was a rude awakening. I'm just really grateful I had this opportunity and there is still 8 weeks to train. Monday starts a whole new way of training and for those of you not doing the workouts that were recently posted or insanity style stuff change it up now cause if you don't you're going to regret it guaranteed.
