You can use creatine. You just need to disclose that your taking it when you get called for your medical. If you don't and they see increased levels, they'll have you redo a blood test with your primary physician.

    You're not getting huh....

Probys don't get to have opinions, and you're not EVEN a proby. So, do the math.....

I disclosed I took creatine monohydrate because I've been taking 5grams on gym days for the past 3 years and I continue to take it in preparation for this academy. Creatine is not bad and beneficial in building muscle if taken consistently IMO. Even red meat has creatine (in very low levels) but you should not abuse it or do those crazy creatine overload stages. Medical didn't give me any problems but keep in mind I am a very active person - I'm in the gym 5-6 days a week and eat a lot of calories especially since I've been doing a lot of cardio lately and don't want to lose muscle. Maybe I sweated the creatine out the day before the medical on one of my long runs lol but it didn't even show up in my blood work.

Creatine has messed up my bloods in the past but they aren't looking to see if you are taking creatine when they run that test. Usually Creatine is tested for kidney function if I remember correctly

I knew that email was coming today. I'm over that damn run already, and we haven't even run the qualifying one yet. I just want the friggin PT session. Don't care to get assessed anymore. It's not getting any significantly better...
Yeah I seen your post so I kept an eye out for that email so I won't get over excited thinking it was a run letter.

I've gotten better on push ups. I went from 33 push ups to 44 and now I just broke the 50 mark. I started doing 135lb barbell bench presses for sets of 12+ reps followed by 3 sets of 25 push ups done in cadence every 4 days on chest and Tricep day and it has helped improve my push up numbers.

You don't it, you seem to have a lot to say about something that is a non issue to you. The guy is a squared away probie, they actually like him in the FH. I never met the guy, but he has a lot more credibility than you do on this job than you do. So even on this forum where they want to talk about how to get in, you continue to bring it up. If your house is on fire and he is dragging you out, are you gonna ask for another fireman to save you. NO! So shut up already.
