Did they release a tentative list number that they would reach until the list is exhausted on that test also? Just curious, I wanted to take that exam but was only 17 at the time.

I know this is way ahead of the game, but this is a great place to get information and I will be taking a massive pay cut should I get hired, but make no mistake, I believe this is the best job in the world. So I ask, does anyone know if probies can work over time after graduation? Thanks in advance for any information.

two 300 classes a year, so roughly 600 people a year over four years comes out to 2400.

It is pretty ridiculous that we will never see the answer key for this test and what we got right or wrong.

    There's an 80lb one also.
I also have this vest. Pretty good material.. Just starts to hurt your shoulders after a while of wearing it.. I would say around 20-30 minutes

I went to the protest session as well. DCAS would usually produce a public answer key.

The amount of useful info on that thread is never ending - you can follow these guys through their entire process from receiving their initial letters to the letter to report to the rock, and all the while guys like bam and southbx are dropping in their wisdom for the future to soak up. Almost any question you can imagine was asked and answered more than once, from the medical heart rate requirements all the way to what duffel bag to buy for the rock. It's worth the read.
I wondered why I had so many "Like" notifications. I thought I was hijacked and somehow posted a bunch of cr@p.

Just because you saw what you got right or wrong doesn't mean that "it is" right or wrong, and none of us know how they scored each individual question. Sadly this test will be kept in the dark and the only ones who want to fight this either gave up with a good list score or don't care with a bad one.

So I was hoping someone can clarify for me the process that we all have to go through. After the written exam we receive a packet in the mail. We need to gather all the paper work together and get in touch with the investigator. Then goes CPAT, medical, Psych, and run which doesn't have to be in same order.
Can someone explain a little more in detail what the Psych and Medical consist? Is Cpat and medical the same thing ?

    Thanks

During the 6019 process the psych was a simple scan tron test with personality type questions i believe. Ex. I like to smoke? With the answers ranging from strongly agree to strongly disagree.
There are a lot of questions, something in the 300 range, that are asked multiple time just in different ways to check the consistency of you answers. The last question asked you to draw yourself and you couldn't draw a stick figure and you also had to draw your house.
The medical is prolly the toughest part of the entire hiring process IMO. I seen the most people failing steps here more so than anything including the mile and half run. There are about 8 different tests.
    1. Urine test.
    2. Eye exam (looking into goggles at shapes and stuff, not the DMV type eye exam)
    3. Hearing test
    4. EKG
    5. Lung capacity test
    6. Heart rate monitor on the stair master
    7. X-ray (for any broken bones in your past especially)
    8. You see a doctor and get the rubber glove treatment and a review of your chart.

Can't recall anything else but someone else who went thru the process may know what i missed.
