Jukez is correct, that is a real thing. Or at least it has been in the past. My good friend's cousin won it in one of the classes off 2043. I forget his numbers though. I think he may have possibly made a calander as well LOL...

For me pull ups is easy. Ever since I was 17 my main work outs have been pull ups and dips. When I was 20 pounds lighter I used to do about 36 proper pull ups. Now I can probably do almost 30 since I gain 20 pounds all muscle over the past year and a half.

Yeah I can do heavy dips etc but pull ups are a weak point.

I am 5' 6 and 143LBS. I am into bodybuilding so I just came off my first cut. Do I need to get to at least the Upper Limit to be considered or hit the 20% mark to play it safe. I am ripped, six pack and all and have muscle to show but I have shed a lot of fat off my body - that is why I am only 143 now. I would appreciate your reply. Thank you

Your fine.... Don't stress this weight thing if your in shape. There's no minimum.... Women way less and they get on. Just be in decent shape and your good

Do they really chose the calendar by people who are in good shape or is it about model looks. I wonder how many people get turned down.

It wasn't all that bad a night for me, other than evacuating our station, oh and walking up 22 flights for absolutely no reason, but I just chalked that up to some CPAT training.

Driving around the village in the dark is weird. I highly recommend it. Can't believe the **** I'm reading about the fires out in Brooklyn/Queens.

Yea man rockaway had like fires back to back .... Coney Island got flooded really bad ... I also heard of a FF dying, don't know much info though .. And many other parts got it bad. It's sad . I hope everyone made it out ok

6 Alarms in Breezy Point/Rockaway. They were saying they couldn't access the hydrants because the water was completely covering them. Crazy stuff man.
