There are certainly enough of us, its just a matter of somehow organizing and informing enough of us that are effected, so we can have a large enough group show up to be newsworthy. Unfortunately I'd say probably about 1% of the people who took exam 2000 even know about this forum. Firing off some editorials to local newspapers seems like a logical step in the right direction. I've only seen about 6 in the past few years having to do with our situation and none were written by candidates. We had a website going back in the 6019 days as well.

Putting Merit Matters in the loop might help as well. I know in general they feel like our exam was flawed but they know its going in no matter what and I'm sure they'd rather have the PHs out of the equation.

Will a lumbosacral (L5-S1) mild herniated disc? Does the fdny legally have access to your medical records?

Hey guys, I was filling out my packet and was unsure as to where we write about our past summonses.
If I remember correctly the last packet had a separate section for them. Are you guys writing them in under the "convictions" section, even though they are not "arrests"?

Page 3 is where you list all your convictions that aren't traffic related. Page 14 is where you list all your traffic convictions. If you were found guilty for any of the offenses, you will need to list them.

Also I didn't see it mentioned to bring in the Certificate of Disposition for any offenses, but I will bring them anyway.

Theres a seperate section to list anything that was dismissed or any other result than conviction.

Military folks, did you guys list your military service under the "Employment" section even though there is a separate section dedicated to "Military Service" ?

I'm Not sure but is that really a big deal? I don't know if it is or not but most people have some form of herniated disc and don't even know it. At least most who have ever hurt their back and just never went to the doctor.

any form of back injury or acl/mcl (knee) injury is going to throw up some red flags. If they don't have you sign a form releasing your right that your insurance records stay private or however u say it(allowing them to see your medical records), I would recommend staying silent about it.

@coldblood 92..thats what im thinking I mean I have a lot of people telling me its illegal for them to check my medical records but I wonder if they make you sign something allowing them either way, i hope not ..

Unless your a veteran. Page 19 of the CPD-B states that they have access to related medical records.
