    6 100m strides, rest walk back to start
    1600m cool down.
    (22) Didn't run on July 4th (would have been 2 miles before upper body workout)
    (23) 2 3/4 miles at 7:08min mile pace (19:37)
    (24) 2 miles at comfortable pace before upper-body workout
    (25) 1200m warm up
    six 400m at 80sec with 2min rest
    1200m cool down
    (26) 2 miles at comfortable pace before upper-body workout
    (27) 800m warm up
    six 800m in 3mins with 3min rest
    (28) 2 miles at comfortable pace before upper-body workout
    (29) 800m warm up
    8-400m 1:30min with 2min rest
    800m cool down
    (30) 2 miles at comfortable pace before upper-body workout
    (31) 3-1600m 7min w/ 3:30 rest

    Due to the heat I am not pushing it to max

    that means they processed up to #864 between last class and the July class. That means there's only 5 spots left for them to process, and then since this is promos, the people who were skipped over because they werent eligible to be promoted to FF yet.

    There are 5 engine FF positions you learn about in proby school: Nozzle, backup, door, control, and chauffeur. Door was cut. That is the "5th man" position.

    been following for some time. Im a list 66**, FDNY Lt in my volly house says retirements are still going 40+ a month. Hoping they will get past the 7000s.

    Can anyone just confirm the run again its 1.5 at what time?

    13 to get in the door. In week 1 you will do it again, and it's 12 to avoid remedial PT. Train for 12 and under.

    Plus sit-ups, pull-ups, and push-ups, if you can't do them, then redial, correct?

    Bro.. Totally off topic but, my first boss.. We worked on a kitchen.. Had 2 push doors 1 in 1 out.. And he used to always walk in the out door..

    LOL its an old screen name I've always used, its a Led Zeppelin album. Had to fit it in so many letters which is why its spelt the way it is.
