I feel you bro. If I get an hour and a half a day total it's a miracle. I've got three kids and a crazy work schedule so I usually have to settle for about 45-60min and whatever push-ups, pull ups, planks, and sit ups I can squeeze in throughout the day. This week I've started getting up before 5 a couple of times a week to get my runs on early so I can hit the gym after work.

Coldblood, on that schedule there's no stairs I see. Taking a break for now from them? From the looks of things you're good to go I was just curious.

I mean I don't know him to lie but I also don't know him well enough. I don't mean to cause problems don't wanna stir anything up. I asked if he herd anything from them he said he got called for it but didn't do any process yet. It was just a quick run in with him. But these aren't my words I don't mean to steer anyone the wrong way.

maybe he is referring to the CPAT practice? Maybe he got a call for it and that means packets will be going out soon? Who knows.

I wish I was but it Can't be true. I anxiously wait by the mail box after work. I have friends that right after the last wave at 23xx and I'm 263x. Before you get cpat practice dates you get your packets.

You should remove this specific list #. Does your friend want to be identified by name on here?

Another quick question regarding the packet, if I may: I can in no way recall exact days for when I began and ended each job, never mind the months. Even a detailed SS earning report going back to whenever will only give you years. Did you guys simply guestimate? Cause I'm not like some of you young punks who have only had 2 jobs. I've had a bunch throughout my life...

Go to any store that does the stride analysis on a treadmill. I wouldn't take shoe recommendations from strangers on the internet.

MM's right. Best thing you can do. Couldn't more highly recommended doing it myself. That's what I did and best thing I ever did for myself exercise wise.

Only one I've been to is Jackrabbit Sports on 14th in Manhattan. I think Paragon sports near Union Square does it as well. They do the service for free, under the assumption you'll be buying whatever shoes they suggest to you. You run on a treadmill and they have a camera record how your feet land as you run. They base their recommendation off that.

I'm in the same boat bro. I'm extremely grateful for that age extension we got from the 6019. I just made it under the deadline for this test.
As for the jobs I actually had more jobs than I had data sheets. I used whatever I had still from that process and guesstimated the rest. I did the same last time and it wasn't a problem.

I've been at the same job 7 plus years now, so my job history before that is mostly a foggy memory. I basically guestimated and I told my investigator the truth that I had jobs on my social security report that I honestly didn't remember even having but every job is on there. She seemed pretty cool with that answer and told me as long as my current employer is really who I say they are and they confirm I do work there, I should be fine. She even said most of the past employer references end up return to sender anyways.

Does anyone know if in addition to the information we were told to bring in tomorrow, will we need our Proby Manuals as well?

PS: As I recall, no, you do not need the manuals tomorrow, or your duffel bags. Just the information requested, a pen, and lunch.

    Be on time.
