It would make sense.. There's a handful of guys who passed medical and more who made it all the way to the medical.. Enough for a class.. I'd love to know how many of the 360 actually are still eligable.

Hey guys - Personnel received an unofficial good verbal for another class yesterday afternoon. They need to wait for the paperwork to be finalized by the city executives and the ball should start rolling again. This is coming from IAFF Local 22

I would like to say double class X2. 320 in the drop program. That would be 4 classes of 80. 188, 189, 190, 191. Always hoping for the best I was in the single digit 200's, so even if they took the top 160 (which they didn't) that would still leave me HOPEFULLY in 188.

They took ALL the veterans that were on the entire list first. Then, they started down the list. Call Human Resources and ask them what number you are presently.

Do you think they will do that again with vets since now they are in the upper number vets or will they start with the regular list and not pull vets first?!?! Just wondering my husband should be set next class if they just start where they left off!!

All the vets came off of the list, there shouldn't be any left. Pretty much why there were 110 veterans in the 2 classes combined and around 50 non-vets
