    What on earth is the big 3? Why does everyone recommend it?

    Ok I guess I was refferring to the squat, deadlift, and press. But if u wanna talk sports then my big 3 are Jeter- Posada- Rodriguez

    It's the staples of lifting. Everyone goes back to the basics.

    I powerlift for hobby and those bragging rights, so the big 3 is a big part of my workouts.
