Hey..I have a possible issue with the employment history section of most jobs because I was in the army and I can't really give them an accurate number for my place of employment because my employers are currently overseas..
Would I put down someone's personal number i.e a platoon leader, squad leader..or put down like a post operator number and have them connect the investigator to my company's current number?
I would do the base number with explanation
More than likely they will not call out of country
It couldn't hurt to put down their personal cell phone numbers down, as long as you ask them and give them fair warning of doing so. As well as letting the agency know the situation. It's guaranteed to not be the first time.
**This would be in addition to the regular company phone and contact numbers.
