Default The night before CPAT/Biddle and the morning leading up to it

I was wondering if there's any last minute preparation I could do before taking these tests (ex. diet, sleep, supplements, exercises)?

What should be an ideal breakfast on test date? Should I take any pre-workout supplements right before testing (Jack3d, No-Explode)?

    Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

The night before, a bowl of pasta and a good nights sleep is best. Depending on the time of your test is will depend on what you eat. I'd say.. Before noon, eat a nice bowl of fruit, and some water. As far as supplements go, don't start taking them the morning of. If your used to training with them, continue with what you do while training.

Those things should've been done at least 2 months prior to. Last minute of those won't do anything unless you've been at it since the get go (Except sleep). Just don't eat anything heavy. Get a good night sleep and look at something to get your mind focused. Like a photo of a fireman or the department you are trying to get in. Important last minute thing is just get your mind psyched up for it.

Eat something light the morning before the test. If you eat greasy fast food, and your nerves kick in... you're going to be on the pot all morning. Eat some fruit (help with lactic acid) and some nuts (trail mix) for energy.

You're thinking too much about it. Just go do it.

Eat like you normally would before ANY workout and make sure you're hydrated. Then remember how you felt after the first time and make little changes every time you run it. Good luck.
