You'll have a 100% chance thru DOD surplus. Unlimited # of gensets. 10kw and under gas and 2kw to 200kw diesel. Many have very low hours and these are all continuous duty sets. Thru your state forester if they are doiong FFP (or FEPP). If not go thru you state surplus property office.
