Quick Attack award after initial dj

On December 30th an 1199 posted for a brush/quick attack truck. Several hours later the 1199 was gone. We then received a dj after peer stating we scored high and might be reconsidered if additional funds became available. Two weeks ago I received a call from AFG and got the 10 questions email and also noticed the 1199 was showing up again. Yesterday our congressman called to tell us the grant is going to be awarded Friday!! $127,000 for a brush/quick attack.
