    Default FP&S Round 14; SAFER Round 35

    AWARD WINNERS! Been a while.....
    A few more 2010 awards announced 1/2 day early this week. 2 awards for FP&S. Roseburg, Oregon is the lone Safer awardee.

    Does anyone have an idea of whats left in safer?? how many rounds of awards etc? we have no denial yet on our hiring app.

    There is about $7 million remaining to be awarded. The figure is more likely significantly higher as SAFER awards have been refused/returned by departments. AFG does not remove those awards from the lists so tracking is difficult to determine an actual figure remaining.

    Must be cleaning out DJ's for 2010 Fire Prevention, received DJ on Nov.10, 2011 and just received another today for the same grant. WOW !

    I thought I got another DJ last week, but it was actually the explanation letter regarding our application explaining why it was not funded.

    Well just got my 4th DJ this morning for my 2010 Fire Prevention and Safety Grant all with the same information. Maybe they are trying to tell me something ???

    Same here. Third time I have gotten this. Hopefully they are trying to clean things up before posting the AFG 1199a's this weekend. Hey, a guy can hope.
