Universal gang chargers

Anyone have experience with any of the "universal" gang chargers? Interchangable cups to fit a variety of radios/batteries to a common base. Can mount a mix of radio types at the same time (in theory at least).

May be priced lower than an OEM chargers that only fits one radio type.

Functional? Safe?

Using the impact chargers for 2 years now with great success. We have found if you take the strap and put it over the belt clip instead of the radio it will prevent the channel selection knob from changing (Kenwood TK290).
