Fire Dept vist for a 4 year old with Cancer

My fire department granted a Christmas wish to a 4 yr old boy with cancer. We will be giving a station tour and giving a ride on the apparatus as well as making him an honorary fire fighter. According to his family he has become very ill and they would like to have it done this weekend. Does any one have any ideas of other things we maybe able to do to make his last wishes the best?

If he lives in your town, go pick him up at his house

Cook dinner/ lunch for him

Let him squirt water

Do you have your names on the back of your gear? If so, get a swath made up with his last name. Velcro it to some gear for him to wear while he visits and let him keep it. May be hard to do in short notice though..

Just make sure that you are also there for the family when he passes. An honor guard and pipes at the funeral. Good luck with this one. This will be a hard day for all.
