Hey guys, been hunting for some new apps for my new iPhone 4.... Looking for something similar to my old Android app, "Red Alert Nav"

We get CAD text messages to our phones whenever we are dispatched. What I am looking for is an app that will automatically ask if it wants to navigate to the address... Anyone know what I am talking about? Any ideas?

Can't comment on an iphone app, but for android phone users there's an awesome app that does what you're describing without depending on Red Alert by processing the SMS message from dispatch:

Updated Info: they do not have an iphone version and don't seem to be planning to develop one due to the restrictive nature of developing apps for the iphone. Sorry!
I use an app called pushmail. It sets up a free email address that you can point the email address (instead of 8645551234@carrier.com) to youremail@dopushmail.com - it will popup as an alert and you can do custom alerts based on keywords - ie for box calls when the word structure fire it makes one sound and pager test makes another.
I think it's only a couple dollars but it's worth it.
