Looks nice Bull, can't wait to see the "stop" bar installed. Any specific reason for a tandem over a single???

The blue LED's look great... if this was an entrance to a dance club. Personally I'd rather have some semblance of night vision after climbing the aerial. They look eye burningly bright!
The cover isn't very tall at all. Vision is good when the cover is flipped over. As for the blue LED's, they do look bright in the pic. Overall brightness is actually pretty subdued. I'll see if I can get a better pic at night.

We went with the tandem, due to the fact that she's carrying 600 gal of water along with a 40 gal foam cell, and a three section steel ladder. Plus driving in the mountains we have one or two steep hill and like to stop when we apply the brakes!

We also got lucky in that HME had a per emissions 500 hp Cummins setting in the shop that someone had order but fail to pick up. So we did a change order and upgraded to it from the spec'd out 450 hp motor, along with the larger 8 man cab.
