I have spoken to the members of my department and they have decided that they would love to start an auxiliary club for our department. I have the support for this and the wives and families of our volunteers are interested. The only problem is, they want me to be in charge of it. I have no idea on what kind of thing to do to get the ball rolling on something like this. If anyone; and I mean anyone, can help point me in the right direction I would be very thankful for your help.
