Default What to bring to Chief's interview

I have a Chief's interview via Skype in December. This will be my first experience with this and I am wondering what materials to provide the chief. I am considering sending physical copies of a revised resume, cover letter, and a letter of recommendation to the chief prior to my interview date. Does anyone have any suggestions/recommendations as to which documents are good to include or not include. What does a chief like to have in front of him when he is interviewing a candidate?
    Thanks!

Via Skype? Now that's a new one to me.

Definitely the updated resume. I would hold off on the cover letter and the letters of recommendation even if they weren't submitted before. Those will just clutter up the process IMO. How soon is the interview?

Yeah I was excited (and a little nervous at the same time) when I heard about the Skype part. They are scheduling all the Chief's interviews for out-of-staters via Skype. Saves me another round trip plane ticket. The interview is December 9th...so lots of time to prepare...and fret!!
I guess I was thinking of including the cover letter and letter of recommendation because I was hoping the Chief would actually review that stuff and perhaps base some of his questions off of that material. I brought those to my oral boards but assumed they were largely ignored. But I am all ears as this is my first Chief's interview, and am very happy to receive advice from those who have done this before.
    Thanks!

    Default Interview

Having just done a Skype Interview with Social Security this past year it's really hard to make eye contact with the person on the other side. The main thing is to take your time as sometimes your stepping over the others conversation. Relax and think of it as talking into a camera...and you'll be fine. Good Luck!!

Make sure you have a solid Internet connection and not a cell phone
