Has anyone devised a simple and quick method of taking a few digital photos at a car crash or similar trauma scene and sending them to the hospital so the E.D. Doctor can see the scene (mechanism of injury? Damage to vehicles?)? I used to use Polaroid photos, but that technology is slightly outdated.
I would be interested in any policies you may have developed for this concept.

I've heard that a cell phone can be used for this type of information transfer. Never done it myself, but suppose it's possible.

Take pictures of accident with a digital camera, load pictures onto ambulance laptop, print off at the hospital and attach to PCR.
