The society seems to be improving the conference over the past few years. Definitely worth the time and minimal cost to attend.

Les Lukert is starting to grow. What's interesting is that even though it is a smaller conference they get in some pretty big name instructors and they hang around and talk to guys. Thing that struck me was that the instructors don't talk at you, they talk to you. Good information but in a atmosphere that is similar to sitting in the truck room with friends.
