    Default hello from the philippines

    Hi my name is michael charles tan. and im a fire volunteer here in the Philippines. i live in cebu city the 2nd largest city in the philippines. our group consist of Chinese business man, students, lawyers and etc. We are not part of the government. we fund our own equipment and also gets donations from businessmen and other sources. Our group has been in service for almost 35 yrs already. and i am a member in this site for quite sometime now but hadnt had the chance to write hehe.

    anyway this is a good chance also to meet other firefighters around the world. share ideas and stories.

    Im from Washington state, here in the USA. My wife in Filipina, and I speak a good amount of tagalog.
