Good afternoon everyone.
I am new to the fire service. Been with my department for 2 1/2 years now. For my day job I am a Mechanical Engineer.
With the size and history of this site's member base, there is alot to be learned. I try really hard to not re-invent the wheel (being an engineer, that can be hard to do), but I like knowing how other people accomplish the same tasks. I'll probably read more than post, so I don't expect anyone to "know my name".
I promise I will not:
-ask about POV lights
-ask which helmet is best
-ask what gloves are best
