Ambulance collides with Tractor Trailer

Looks like the driver of the ambulance did not use due caution in turning in front of the semi. The should have had someone directing the ambulance so they would know that traffic was stopped and they could cross the lanes. There's no way the semi driver would have been able to stop since there was another ambulance blocking the view.
