    Default Anyone ever hear of this?

    I noticed a few weeks that our grant application budget had been reduced by $2,000 for extrication equipment. Then about a week ago, an award number appeared on our 1199a. Now I notice that the grant application budget has been restored to the original amounts I requested (still have the award number), anyone know what this means?
