Just got an email from internal affairs this morning to finish my background packet. Does anyone know when they trying to put another class through?

No. I have to resubmit my background stuff for some reason. You hear anything?

Negative. Did they give any reason for redoing it? What was your score if you don't mind me asking. I was at an 84 or 85.

Not sure when the new class would start. The latest I think would be August.

Candidate PAT practice: feb 4-22
PAT: march 11-15
Interviews: April 22- may 10
Class starts: August 19

Dates are subject to change of course. And don't forget about the poly, medical, background check, and chiefs interview.

Thanks for the information! Out of curiosity where did you get that time line? I already took the PAT and turned in my background booklet last year. They said I would be notified if I was dropped from the process, and I was never told anything so as far as I know I'm still on the list. Are they putting more through the PAT?

I have my interview set up for next week. Not sure how many they plan on hiring. When i took my PAT they mentioned hiring around 20

Has anyone taken their interview yet? Not asking for information about specific questions, I was just curious if anyone felt comfortable sharing approximately how long the interview lasted?
