Hi, I am thinking about moving to North Carolina and I saw on there website that you need to have an IFSAC or ProBoard? My one buddy moved down there and I don't believe he had either and still got a job, but if thats the case is ProBoard or IFSAC and class or is it just a test?! I apprecitate it!

North Carolina is an IFSAC state. Proboards are good also as the state will accept most through reciprocity. (Check the website for the exact cert that will transfer-not all of them out there do).
It is possible to get hired with no certs and the hiring department will get you certified through thier specific local academy. Most smaller municipal FD's generally require you to have existing certs. If they don't, in most cases, you would be more competitve with them than without.

Do ProBoard states accept IFSAC for easy transfer?

Depends on the state......Check with your state's Fire Administration/Fire Marshall/etc.
