An Industrial Fire Department, at a major Automotive manufacturing facility, is currently accepting applications for Firefighter/Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic. Must perform duties related to the delivery of fire suppression, fire prevention/education, hazardous incident response, rescue, emergency medical services, Internal Safety Audits, and other duties as assigned. Maintains fire station and equipment, attends training necessary to achieve/maintain certifications and meet departmental objectives.
This a Contract position for Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Texas through Securitas
Toyota Motor Manufacturing Texas, Inc. is home to Tundra and Tacoma North American truck assembly operations and is located on a 2,000 acre campus in San Antonio, TX
High school diploma or equivalent.
College hours preferred.
Minimum age of 20 by application closing date of 12/30/2011.
No felony arrests or DWI / DUID convictions within the last 5 years.
Acceptable driving record.
No hearing impairments.
Minimum vision 20/40 correctable to 20/20, must not be color blind.
Must be TDSHS EMT-Basic certified (Paramedic preferred).
Must currently posses TCFP Basic Structural Firefighter certification.
Current Structural Firefighter certificate or verification of graduation date required
at time of application submission.
Must pass a written exam, physical ability test, and drug test.
