Now that there has been a few rounds of awards it's time to start developing an AFG cost allowance document in preperation for the 2012 AFG cycle.
As in the past, please provide a list of equipment and/or apparatus that has been awarded and the award amount. In addition, please indicate if the award amount had been reduced for any of the equipment. Thanks.

We were approved for an SCBA project at $113,000 (including our 5% share). We requested 17 new SCBA with mask and spare bottle, and an additional 30 facepieces.
17 complete @ $5,500 = $93,500
30 facepiece @ $650 = $19,500
