It's funny, I tried to direct this back to talking about Bull's ALF Chrome Yellow Quint and I get dragged back into this nonsense.

Bull,
Have you got all the equipment on board yet? I would love to see pics of the compartments to see how you loaded them.“The person who risks nothing, does nothing, has nothing, is nothing, and becomes nothing. We've not got all of the equipment on the truck yet. It came in a month earlier than we had expected so we are still waiting on some/most of the tools to arrive. As soon as we get everything and installed I'll post some more pictures.

Just keep in mind that when you commit that truck to pumping a fire, that is where it will stay. So if you're running hand lines for fire attack on side Alpha and someone calls for the stick on Charlie, it's going to be a process to get it there.
Just food for thought...IAFF

01-12-2012, 03:36 PM #78I can't believe they actually pay me to do this!!!

One friend noted yesterday that a fire officer only carries a flashlight, sometimes prompting grumbling from firefighters who have to lug tools and hoses.
"The old saying is you never know how heavy that flashlight can become," the friend said.
