Does anyone know of any current list or lawsuit pending for applicants who received an official acceptance letter from the FDNY back in Dec of 2008 of Exam6019? .. Everyone I talk to about my situation says they think there is something pending and/or an attorney working in this situation, but I can't seem to find anything anywhere online. I personally am taking this test again in February/March and starting over from scratch after being hired for the January 5th 2009 Class of Exam 6019. Everyone I talk to says to speak to an attorney or to put my name on this so called "list" because you never know how it can work out once hired in regard to back pay. Hope someone can share any information they have on this topic with me, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.
