Default Grant Writing Seminar Coming to the South

Fort Smith EMS will be hosting Kurt Bradley's Grant Writing Training February 17 - 18, 2012 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. This will be an exceptional opportunity for departments in the South and Gulf Cost region (TX, LA, AL, AR, OK, TN, MO, KS) looking for grant writing training. Currently the only seminar Kurt Bradley has scheduled for this region.

Additionally, this seminar provides the opportunity for EMS agencies to see how the wide range of funding opportunities available for EMS services can help improve their service. Fort Smith EMS has been fortunate to be the recipient of numerous local, state, national and federal grant programs with an award number on our third consecutive AFG application. Made possible by the knowledge and guidance provided by Kurt Bradley. So join us in our new start-of-the-art facility, partially funded by grant programs, for a weekend of education and fun.

For more information or to register go to www.firstrespondergrants.com or contact Brian Weindel at (479) 783-1078 or brian@fsems.org

Brian to date this is also still the farthest South and West ( excluding the extreme NW in WA ) where I will be presenting at. There have been several departments expressing interest in a class near the Gulf States region and your's looks like it is the closest I will come to that area this year. Hopefully they will be able to register and come up there. Looking forward to seeing your new digs up there!

Hey hey that what we like to see Brian. Congratulations. Still just a few shy of locking in your class and hopefully, we have a couple of more departments in Arkansas or the surronding area that want to come and find out how you guys learned how to do that.

Now wait a minute here Brian! 30 degrees, light snow! That is your weather this morning? Now I can handle the 30 degress as it is 31 here but that white stuff, oh hell no! You can make that stuff go right away before I arrive this weekend. I didn't even rent a 4 x 4 so we have to keep that stuff up in Canada where it belongs. Looking forward to seeing everyone this coming weekend! Still room for a few if nay late stragglers want in.

Snow yesterday, severe thunderstorms tonight into tomorrow morning. However, around 60 and clear for this weekend. Looks like a good weekend to pick up some grant writing knowledge to me.
