    @TheHuld86

Everyone that turns in a packet on time and takes the accuplacer will be scheduled for a CPAT. After that a panel will review all the packets and select a certain amount of people to move to ploly/interview. I dont know exactly how many will go past CPAT.

But from what I have heard, after the CPAT, if you stop getting phone calls and everyone else on this forum is, your prob out of the process.

I cannot get a hold of Ron no matter what. I left three voicemails at two different phone numbers and still not a call back for a scheduled Accuplacer test.

Call the recruiting office. They are the ones that set mine up.

Yeah, I did that too. They gave me a phone number to leave a voicemail on to leave my name and number to setup a test date.

This Saturday @ 8:30 AM at the fire training center on Dolphin Rd in Dallas. The practice is for last names M - Z, and others can just do the workout they have. May 5th is another practice day for anyone that wants it.

It wasn't bad. A lot of fractions in mine. So brush up on the basic stuff we have forgotten over the years.

There is no failing. The best you can get is 120/120.

Are you from out of state, is that why you were able to schedule your poly? They only let me schedule the CPAT.

For those of you who've scheduled your CPAT/Poly, did they call you? Or did you contact them? Thanks.

    HanoverFF,

I was able to schedule my CPAT but the guy at recruitment had no idea about polygraph. How did you get your poly scheduled? I'm coming from the Northeast and would love to condense everything. Thanks.

I called the recruiting office and talked to a lady I'm guessing was the receptionist. I told her I was from out of town and heard that you can do both in one trip. She scheduled me for a CPAT and poly, told me she would call if anything changed.*

Questions for the recruits who have already taken the accuplacer exam:

I have read on this thread that the mathematics portion consists only of arithmetics. How many questions were asked? Can someone confirm.

I'm in Los Angeles, Ca. For those who took the exam here, did the institution charge you to administer the accuplacer exam. How much?

    Thanks for your help!

    Passed my Accuplacer last week.
Emailed all paperwork to Ron Johnson.
Called the recruiting office today and scheduled my CPAT for June 8.
    They're scheduling the CPAT May 8-June 8.

I'm coming in from Los Angeles, so theyre scheduling my polygraph either the day before my CPAT or same day.

    Hey DCTALK,
Fullerton College gives the Accuplacer. $30.

    Good luck everyone.
